Sephra, Inc. (“Sephra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about visitors to our website at sephra.ai (the “Site”). This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not cover information processed through Sephra’s cloud-hosted products and services, which is governed by our agreements with our customers.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you submit a demo request, contact us by email, or interact with forms on the Site. This may include your name, business email address, company name, job title, and any other information you choose to provide.

We also automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, including your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs and campaign links, the pages you view, how you interact with them (such as clicks and scrolling), and the date and time of your visit. Where analytics cookies are in use, we may also record your visits so we can replay how pages were used; text you type into forms is masked in these recordings. When you request a demo, we may add publicly available information about you and your company, such as your company’s website and public news, to prepare for our conversation. We may use AI tools to gather and summarize this information.

3How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, prepare for and conduct product demonstrations, send you information about Sephra products and services (where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so), understand how the Site is used so we can improve it, protect the Site and its forms against spam and automated abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on your consent to use analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interests to respond to your requests, prepare for demonstrations, and keep the Site secure.
